These terms apply to your use of the ADHISA website and to every order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

This website is operated by ADHISA, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. You can reach us from the Contact page.

Products, colours and sizing

Many of our pieces have hand-finished details such as gota work and embroidery. Small variations in print, colour and texture are natural and make each piece unique.
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Please check the size details on each product page before ordering; if you are unsure, write to us and we will help you choose.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in the cases described in our Cancellation Policy.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns, exchanges and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy.

Your account

Please keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Intellectual property

All designs, prints, photographs, text and the ADHISA name and logo on this website belong to ADHISA and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell as described in these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
