This policy explains what personal data ADHISA collects when you visit our website or place an order, why we use it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email, mobile number and what you bought.
• Account details if you create an account: your email and a password (stored encrypted), saved addresses and your wishlist.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, through cookies needed to run the shop (your bag, sign-in, checkout).

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and are never stored on our website.

How we use your data

• To process, ship and deliver your order, and to handle cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To send order updates by email, and by WhatsApp when you contact us there or when we send a delivery update you asked for.
• To answer your questions and keep our website secure and working well.
• To send news about new collections only if you have agreed to it; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the partners we need to serve you: our courier and shipping partners (to deliver your parcel), Razorpay (to process payments), and our website hosting and email providers. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, and other data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You can view and update your details in My Account, and you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw a consent you gave, by writing to us from the Contact page. We respond within 30 days.
