Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Every order is checked by hand and packed in our Jaipur studio.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders above ₹1,999.
- Orders below ₹1,999: a flat delivery charge of ₹99, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes at no extra charge.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days to metro cities and 5–8 working days to the rest of India. Remote areas and the North-East may take up to 10 working days.
- During festive sales and in severe weather, deliveries can take a little longer; we will keep you updated by email.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you the courier name, your AWB (tracking) number and a tracking link. You can also follow it any time on the Track Order page or in My Account.
Address and delivery attempts
- Please give a complete address with landmark, the correct pin code and a mobile number the courier can reach.
- The courier makes up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel returns to us undelivered, we contact you to re-ship it (delivery charges may apply) or to refund a prepaid order.
- Please check that the parcel is sealed when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged or opened, mention it to the courier and email us a photo within 48 hours.
