Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit or credit card, netbanking or wallets through Razorpay, or choose Cash on Delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay in cash when your order is delivered.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders above ₹1,999. Below that, standard delivery costs ₹99.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-ship pieces leave our Jaipur studio within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 3–5 working days to metro cities and 5–8 working days to the rest of India. You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How can I track my order?
Open the Track Order page and enter your order number and billing email, or log in to My Account. When your order ships we also email you the courier name and tracking link.
Can I cancel my order?
Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled from My Account until they are shipped. For prepaid orders, contact us and we will help.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return an item for a refund, or exchange it for another size or colour, within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached; custom-stitched pieces and final-sale items cannot be returned. See our Return u0026 Refund Policy.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Open your order in My Account (or find it on the Track Order page with your order number and email), choose u0022Return or exchangeu0022, pick the items and the size or colour you want, and send the request. We reply within 1–2 working days and email you at every step. Refunds for online payments go back to your original payment method.
How do I find my size?
Each product lists its sizes on the product page. We follow standard Indian sizing, from XS up to 5XL in some styles; if you are between sizes, choose the larger for a relaxed fit, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
How should I care for my clothes?
Follow the care label. Most of our rayon, cotton and muslin pieces are best hand washed separately in cold water with a mild detergent for the first few washes, dried in the shade and ironed on the reverse. Pieces with gota or embroidery are best dry cleaned.
